Coopers is a popular and oversubscribed 11-18 school in the heart of Bromley. As a community we have created a nurturing and rigorous culture to ensure that we develop inquiring, well-rounded and confident individuals who help create a harmonious world through a shared understanding and respect for each other.

Induction and Support
We offer outstanding induction and support programmes with many opportunities for professional development which would suit those with a desire for career progression. By joining our school community you will benefit from working with practitioners from our family of schools within our Trust. As a school we are committed to developing our staff through instructional coaching, bespoke CPD and a range of other opportunities across the Trust.
We offer bespoke Induction programmes which include additional CPD and support to ensure that all new members of staff are able to settle into their roles and our school
