Coopers School is an extremely successful, oversubscribed 11-18 co-educational school with excellent accommodation and facilities, set in 33 acres of National Trust land in the London Borough of Bromley.

Coopers is a popular and oversubscribed 11-18 school in the heart of Bromley. Our shared vision is  “Coopers is a community built on trust and respect that inspires resilience, ambition and success for all” drives all that we do to improve outcomes and transform lives. As a community we have created a nurturing and rigorous culture to ensure that we develop inquiring, well-rounded and confident individuals who help create a harmonious world through a shared understanding and respect for each other.

It’s an incredibly exciting time to join us. We are always interested in inspiring, reflective and collaborative teaching and associate staff to work within our fantastic community  in promoting the highest standards of learning, behaviour and engagement within their classroom to deliver the very best for each and every student.

Induction and Support

We offer outstanding induction and support programmes with many opportunities for professional development which would suit those with a desire for career progression. By joining our school community you will benefit from working with practitioners from our family of schools within our Trust. As a school we are committed to developing our staff through instructional coaching, bespoke CPD and a range of other opportunities across the Trust.

 

We offer bespoke Induction programmes which include additional CPD and support to ensure that all new members of staff are able to settle into their roles and our school
